Our Founders
Barbora Pátková
Barbora Pátková is a scientist, artist, and transformational guide whose journey weaves together rigorous research and soul-led healing. With a Master of Natural Sciences from Cambridge, she has worked in ecological and microbial research and as a licensed medical-cannabis provider for cancer patients in California. An internationally acclaimed musician (helming projects with The Heliocentrics and festival appearances at Glastonbury, Roskilde, and Worldwide), Barbora blends ritual, plant medicine, and sound into the heart of Innervisions Alchemy’s practice.
Lincoln Prevost
Lincoln Prevost has spent 25+ years turning visionary concepts into reality—designing, building, and managing nine studio spaces across Southeast London. A long-time collaborator with Barbora, he co-created genre-defying music shows (El Prevost, B’licious, T.O.A.D.) and supported transformational ceremony work. Today, as Co-Creator of Innervisions Alchemy with Barbora. Lincoln fuses craftsmanship, innovation, and community to bring the healing-through-creativity vision to life.
Brand History
Innervisions Alchemy began as a seed of vision—rooted in healing, creativity, and a deep commitment to community. Founded by Barbora Pátková, a scientist, artist, and transformational guide, it emerged from a desire to reconnect people to themselves, each other, and the living systems we’re all part of.
Barbora’s journey weaves together science, soul, and sound. With a Master of Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, she worked in ecological and microbial research, and later as a licensed medical cannabis provider for cancer patients in California. But it was through her own healing—guided by plant medicine, ritual, and community-based practices—that she came to a deeper truth: transformation is not something done to us, but something awakened within us.

In parallel with her healing work, Barbora is an internationally acclaimed musician and vocalist, known for her work with the London-based psych-jazz collective The Heliocentrics and appearances at festivals like Glastonbury, Roskilde, and Worldwide. Her voice—described as cerebral, earthy, ethereal, and boundaryless—is central to the experiences offered at Innervisions, where music becomes medicine.
